Unfortunately, we can not offer a change of mind or exchange on custom made products or any products cut to size at your request.

On accessories or benchtops we don't offer any returns or exchanges after the payments are made otherwise will be a restock fee of 50%.

Returns are accepted if there is a manufacturing error or a defect in the material. These are also covered by the 10-year warranty we give for our products.

Returns during damages in transit or during installation will not be accepted.
